Location: Although you will catch glimpses of Elanee in early cutscenes, You won't actually meet her until after you are ambushed on the road to Highcliff. After the ambush, she will automatically join your party.
Qara
Chaotic neutral human sorcerer 0/50 At Start: HP 42 AC 14
Location: You first encounter Qara outside the Sunken Flagon having a "discussion" with some of her schoolmates.

Location: You meet Casavir the first time after you exit the Bonegnasher Clan. He’ll help you stave off an ambush, and then he’ll join your party so he can lead you to the Eyegouger Clan.
