Dear Dr Lurch,

I'm on chapter 2 of the game. I got my fort and some couple of fortifications done, but i can't seem to find one NPC for it. The guy is called Guyven and i found out about him from Torio Claven. She says i can find him on the outscurts of Duskwood or Old Owel Well. I've been to both places and can't seem to find him.

He's "Guyven of the Road", and before you get the Keep, most meetings are coincidental. I do remember meeting him in Ember, after the massacre. There were a couple of other places I met him too. If you have the Keep, enter it. Once inside the main hall, go through the door on the left. Turn left immediately, and open that door. In my Keep, he's in that room. If you never met him, he might not be. Let me know if he isn't.

I don't think I met him. I have he keep, but by now i'm way past that point.
Anyway, by my observations wether you upgrade the keep or not matters little to the end of the game. At least as equiping the men. Wall upgrades are essensial, i think.

i have a question....a stupid question i think...

i m at neverwinter right now, and my inventory is full, i dont want to sell some things so, the question is: WHERE IS A CHEST ?! or something like that in which i can store things without limit...
till now i didnt find anything .... its hard to live in NW...

i'm stuck! i'm in the temple of four seasons and i got the first blessing (in the temple) and went into the spring room. i clicked on the book and it said that i finished the test, but no door was unlocked. so i'm one blessing short now. help please

Hey Dr. Lurch,

Just wondering if you'd encountered any bugs in the game that make you unable to use an object. For example, I was finally able to take out the two black dragon's at Nolaloth's heart, but now I am unable to activate the heart to attack it. Is there some way I can get around this besides reloading an old (very old, I tend to only use quicksave) saved game?

well, it depends on what your rolling and how many hd your opponent has, iv always thought that it was pritty unreliably (unless you where a fallen paliden blackguard and wanted to raise an army, command for the win) but then im not sure how easily you would notice if they ran away... did i mention that if you approch them it breaks the effect? just dont attack them with melee weapons

Has anyone figured out where the special ink is for activating the golem in the basement?

I know I saw one past about essences and inks. Power Essences can be made by examining some of the "monster" parts like Umber Hulk Claws. You can use Craft Alchemy and a Mortal/Pistol to crush up monster parts. They yield different essences.

I think the Umber Hulk Claws can get you faint power essences. Also look at vampire stuff as I think they yield power essences. You can also use multiple lower essences to make 1 essence of bigger power (like couple weaks make a faint).

Though, I am still stumped on the ink for the golem.

Also, I am about 90% of the way done with my castle. What are the last parts of the castle? I have not found Gyven of the Road in my castle, though I did talk to him several times including Ember during the game. He said he would stop in once I have a home....but nothing.
