Question Cleric vs Cleric/Warpriest (and more...)

Hi I'm trying to create a new character in a training module, the idea is the following: a strong fighting-divine caster using magic for buffing more than healing, something competitive in a first line combat if properly buffed up (by himself ). So the choice is obviously a cleric but I never create such a character so I'm unsure about...all, precisely:

which abilities I should prefer (going only with Str&Con&Wis or taking also some Cha for domain abilities?)

which domain (maybe war and fire or war and strenght?)

features?

possibility to biclass with warpriest (is it a good idea or it's a loss of exp?), how many Cle lvls before biclassing?

Thanks in advance

if i had to choose to play a cleric that's melee heavy... i'd go earth, strength domains for buffing and such... go till about lvl 10ish maybe 12... then choose either warpriest or divine champion for prestige class... divine champion would give you extra spells, as well as smite infidel, lay on hands, and divine wrath... warpriest gives you spells, plus a few abilities to toughen your group and buff them up a bit for a short duration...

I play a cleric/warpriest. I decided i wanted to dual wield so i had to put a 15 in dex for the feat access. Warpriest was a nice addition in that it gave me access to martial weapons without spending a feat for it. The spell progression definately slows down...gonna max out with access to 7th level spells, so a max of 17 wisdom will be all that is needed. This allows you to spend some more points on str, con, cha, and int. Remember that you will have access to good buff's to str, con, and wis. I took the earth domain as it gave me the toughness feat and stoneskin spell. the other domain i took was fire, but that was more for flavor than versatitlity.

I have a problem, I don't know if it's my fault or simply a bug:

I built this 7Cleric/10Warpriest/3Cleric, but when I open the spellbook menu pressing default B I can see there are two symbols in the higher part of the menu: the divine magic symbol and the warpriest class symbol, this last one is dark and I cannot access the warpriest spell-abilities from there. The only way I can cast them is by dragging their icon from Feats menu to quickslot keys...is this the correct working...I can't see a sense in it :-?

The warpriest spell-like abilities are preset so there is no book "B" entry for them. Try using the fast cast menu "F" and you should be able to access them.

mmm no I can't, this is the problem I cannot choose those spells/abilities from the spellbook cause I don't need to memorize them and I cannot select them from the quikcast menu (F). I only can select those powers from the quickactions slots importing them from the Feats menu. so this is not normal, isn't it?
