Changes to the Crafting Section

I've completed some edits to the crafting section as follows:

Added recipes for the following:
- the Robe of the Archmagi
- Mephasm Infernal Focus recipes
- Gauntlets of Ogre Power
- Amulets of Health (lesser, regular and greater)
- Brooch of Shielding
- Boots of Speed
- Weapons of Defending (normal, improved and greater)
- Keen Weapon
- Weapon of Speed - NEW* (ALTERNATE recipe)
- Flaming burst weapon - FIXED - original recipe was bugged prior to v1.04
Corrected recipes for the following:
- Ring of Wizardry level 2
- Ring of Divine Power level 2
Added new locations for some of the Tomes

Text Reformatting finished
Updated Known bug section
- added Bug Fixes
- updated UMD bug notes

Added additional recipes which are bugged but CAN be made to work using the bug fixes, including these:
- Weapon of Speed - original - BUGGED*
- Luck Weapon - original - BUGGED*

Updated the known bug section to include info on bugged recipes thru v1.06.

After much consideration, I decided to add tags (when necessary) to the recipe lists to indicate whether the recipes are still bugged or were bugged but have been fixed. That should help clear up some of the confusion from various gamers who are playing under a wide variety of patches. :) [/COLOR]

LATEST UPDATE: (August 21, 2007)

Added sections for:
- Creating Wands, Scrolls and Potions
- Creation of Magical items using Wands and Scrolls in place of memorized spells

THAT's IT! No more changes except for correction of typos until the expansion comes out. :) It's finished. lol
