You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

Well i saved the spirit dragon fromh his misery by destroiyng the crystal...Now what? The dragon said that the sword will be reforged at my old home,but west harbor doesnt exist in my map? Any ideas???

It will be not be back on the map. You have to use the song portal to get there just like you did for the last statue of purification.

its not supposed to, go back to your keep and talk to aldanon, (not sure if you are actually supposed to) in any case, at some point you will talk to the gith and she will suggest it.
