companion talk

I've tried the read me and I've tried random button pushing but I can't figure out how to talk to my companions. I can only seem to talk to them if they arn't in my party and I go talk to them in the Inn.:confused:

I think that is just the way it is. I can only talk to them if they are in the tavern or the keep. Unless one is involved in the quest I'm doing. Just the way the game is made.

you can talk to your companions at any time if they are in your party. just right-click and hold for the actions menu to pop up. then select "talk" or "speak to"...i can't remember the exact command name :p

wow I made it to chapter 2 before I found out about that drop down menu. lol thanks man that's gonna make things so much easier. lol:D

I've tried the drop down menu a couple of times out in the wild, and didn't get a response. I'll have to try it again.

Heh, i didn't know about the dropdown menu either for a long time.
That's one of the things the tutorial seriusly lack! They should've showed how to use the dropdown menu.

the menus themselves are lacking, and button presses seem to unnoticed to often, but it should work in the wild.

Embarrassing as this is to say. I was on my second OC before I figured out how the heck to talk to my party members. :o lol

By lucky change I tried a rightclick on Amie during the tutorial fair, I was trying to find a way to romance her (That was before I knew about her horrid fate :( )
