Quarter Master

When I talked to the Guild leader after I joined, she mentioned the ablity to by things from the Quatermaster. But, I don't seem to be able to find a quartermaster. Unless it means the guy at the trading post, and his stuff is pretty lame.

Am I missing something?

The general consensus is that this is something that got removed, or wasn't finished. You can see someone in CK, but they don't sell. However extra gear does become available from Jacoby. Fated Winds gets the best stuff IMO.
