How to achieve 650 keep score?

According to NWN2 wikia, I need 650 keep score to get good ending for my keep. However I still get the bad ending eventhough my Crossroad Keep status is as following:

built building: ALL
peasant: 500++
merchant: 400++
greycloak: 1800++
peasant and greycloak civil: high
peasant and greycloak morale: very high
road and land security: very high
greycloak training: best of the best
weapon and armor: best
sergeant: ALL
other recruited NPC: Deekin, Caelryna, Uncus, Wolf, Ivarr, Joy, Torio, Pentin, Calindra, Orlen, Edario, Jacoby, Kistrel, Mephasm, Lasshiva, Khulma.
Keep time: 100%

Anyone can tell me how to count the score and what is require to achieve 650 point?

have you checked our crossroad keep section? it is very comprehensive and detailed.

By good ending do you mean the epitaph feat "Warden of Crossroad Keep"? I believe you can't have the morally suspect NPCs in your employ (Uncus, Caelryna, not sure if the Luskan sergeant counts against this).

I didn't saw the keep score calculation was mentioned in the Crossroad Keep guide.

By the way, the good ending I mentioned is the ending for the OC, look at the bottom of this:
