So far ive given him every single resource on the sword coast to him.

Adamantinium
Harvest Mead
Zalantar
Knucklehead Ivory

2 more left, what am i missing and where can i get them from?

The journal entry is in error. He only needs 2 for the last group not 3.

(Phineas only needs 8 total not 9 - verified in the convo files)

The eighth one is SALT and you have to go back to Samarach for it.
