Temple of Umberlee

Hi guys could you help me with the puzzle in the temple of umberlee?
this the one when u have to stay on particular parts of the floor to open he door. i was trying to do it, but the combinations i was trying resulted in electric shocks.

Try using Energy Immunity Lightning on three of your characters and tell the rest to hold their ground.

The best I can offer right now is a brute force / trial and error solution -

Take your first character and start stepping on the circles at the end of the spiral arms. When you step on one that does NOT zap you, switch to character 2 - and repeat the hold your ground order. Now move character two around until that one finds a circle that doesn't zap them. Now switch to character 3 and repeat the hold your ground order again. Move the third character around until that one doesn't get zapped. Now switch back to character 2 - repeat the hold your ground order and move that one around. You'll have to experiment with the 3 different characters to get them onto the right circles.

Keep an eye out for green glowing globes that appear when you get three characters on the right circles. There are 9 circles total, in three clusters - inner, middle and outer.

With the energy immunity up it's basically just a trial and error procedure. I've been thru that dungeon four times now, that always works but I've never actually figure out the right sequence.

OR take the easy way out and use Scriptor Ron's character editor and up your char's stats......... either pick the lock or bash it...... no need for all that work lmfao

The lock is unpickable and the door resists all damage.

it unlocked for me however....... probably because I had some of my people on the puzzle and the game thought I completed it.

That might be it. IIRC before you solve the puzzle, you get the "this door requires a special key" response if you try to unlock it.
