my question is does monk unarmed strike and barbarian rage affects damage when in wild shape,plant shape,dragon shape and similar stuff? and any advice what stats (dex,int,str,wis,cha,con) and what feats to get with aasimar pure druid shape shifter with a pet dragon??

Up until patch 1.12 the unarmed strike worked with wild shape - but was change due to the fact that while in animal shape, you are using Creature weapon (claw, bite, etc.) rather then your hands.

Flurry of Blows and Greater Flurry work with the animal shape - you also retain all AC bonuses.

The Barbarian rage or Frenzied Berserker's Frenzy will not work while shaped.
