Just some added information.
This module is actually several mini modules placed in one large built area. Much like your average neighborhood, this is a variety of houses, structures, and dwellings. Each dwelling has a single module done by 25 different module authors.
This was done as a campaign. There is a very nifty installer or you can manually install as well.
