i have problems using rogue in oc cuz most of the monsters there are immune to sneak attack and critical attacks especially in chapter 3.. any advice cuz i want to make a rogue finish the oc export and go to motb campaign

could you post your race and lvl...and other classes if you have any, and your stats?
imho pure rogue will have some problems, but with high dex, greater duelwielding and two crafted weapons it shouldn't be that hard, although your damage will drop a bit. but try making one of your weapons disrupt as many enemies are undead and make it do damage against evil, since even more are evil undeads (vampires, liches and the dreaded ETC;) )

i have a rogue w/ the ff. stats

rogue lvl 16
race: tiefling
class: pure rogue
base stats: str = 8 dex =20 int = 14 wis = 10 cha = 10 (all stats to dex)
feats:
wild child , dodge , blind fight, mobility, weapon finesse, greater two weapon fighting, improved two weapon defense ..

my weapon is a dual dagger

ah, it's not so bad! Sure, there are a lot of undead but by then you'd have enchanted weapons with elemental damage, fire or acid, and/or Holy Weapon.

Why do you want to dual wield Daggers, unless you plan to IB? Better option: Rapier in main hand, shortsword in offhand or dual Shortswords. I have finished the OC even with a Deep Gnome (+3ECL) Rogue build. Had not many problems once I reached level 10. Of course, by then everybody else was level 13, but at level 10 that build became pretty much untouchable.

Get a level of SD, that will leave you another 13 levels to play with in MotB. In Epic levels make sure to take that feat that allows Rogues to do half sneak attack damage to sneak immune critters - Epic Precision. PTWF a bit late, but better late than never. ... :D You need to get Crippling Strike at Rogue level 10 or 13 or any 3 levels thereafter as a prerequisite. Consider swapping the TWD feat with Crippling Strike.

Make yourself untouchable: AC is King! between 45-50 AC you have good survivability in both OC and MotB.

Also consider the Combat Insight feat to add INT modifier to damage. ;)

shift your weapons to shortswords or rapier+shortsword. imho your int should be so high 12 is fine, your cha is way to high, I know it helps saving throws but it is really a dump stat for a rogue. A tiefling can easily start with dex 17 or 18 and str 14, 12 int, wis and cha at 8 (they don't really matter).

mobility is somewhat wasted if you have maxed tumble, as the skill does the same. You don’t need concentration to use scrolls and wands, you need the skill "use magic device".

as epirote says get cripling strike (if you don't have it) and 1 lvl of shadow dancer for HiPS (unless your evil and go the assassin way). consider 1 or 2 lvls of fighter for some bonus feats and higher bab (but not really needed).

if you want to delevel and take some of the feats we suggested, I suggest you use this save game editor
