Neeshka isn't the only one:

You will run into some familiar faces from NWN2. Some of these include Khelgar, Neeshka, Jacoby, Haeromos, and a certain kindred band of adventurers party that the Knight Captain ran into at Crossroad Keep.

Hi everyone! I've just found One of Many!
He's northwest of the map, near a Cave entrance.

Actually his location is random. I found him much further - at the edge of the forest near the river that cuts past Sarmagol. :D

And he is one nasty mother too. LOL

I found One of many just north of the bridge next to startingtownville.

No Neeshka yet though, I've exhausted all possible locations, although now that I'm done with the Herald I suppose it's possible some of the dead end quests (Specifically thinking of the Trader organisations wanting a great act to advance in the organisation) I suppose it may be possible she's wandering about now.

Neeshka is a random spawn when a hellfire warlock uses the summon baatezu special power.

It's a prestige class, although I believe the Warlock NPC in West Harbour is a Hellfire Warlock

My character is a Spirit Shaman. Do i need to have a Warlock in my party and keep him casting Summon Baatezu at all times or should i just keep playing?

You have to have a hellfire warlock not just a warlock. That means you either add a warlock to the party and give him the hellfire warlock class, or recruit Quarrel from west harbour.

Then keep casting the summon Baatezu spell until Neeshak shows up.

Thanks! The character i used on Mask of the Betrayer was a warlock. I'll add him to my party, give him the prestige class Hellfire Warlock and keep casting Summon Baatezu until Neeshka shows up.

ASAP i'll post the results here. =)
