You encounter a problem on the way ....

Or something like that. When I go to the world map I get that message (or similar) and nothing happens, except that my main character gets stuck and can't move.

Having played this before, I know that certan events should have taken place but didn't. For instance, I have a druid in my party that I KNOW wasn't there before.

Now, I am unable to finish the Bonecrusher Orcs quest while trying to locate the Emissary as I missed the cut scene and what looks to be some very nice drops and experience.

Any idea's?

Have you tried reloading from a prior save? :confused: Also: is your game updated? Latest game version is: 1.13.1409. And do you use any custom content? :confused:

Also: There's Druid in the Party, now, that wasn't there before? :confused: Do you mean Elanee or someone else? May be you let the fake ambassador join your party? May be this screws up the cutscene and the transition. If so, try either to press him with questions until he admits he is fake and you fight and kill him right there or let him escape.

Hi,

I know that there is a cut scene earlier in the game where Elanee joins the party, but I got the same error there too. It didn't do anything and later when leaving Uncle Duncans tavers she was an option in my companions list.

I am not using any customer content, but I will try loading from a previous save.

Version 1.0, running the updater now :)

** Nope, the fake Emissary ran off to get back on his own. I didn't know he was a fake until I read the boards to figure out why the quest wouldn't complete.

You're welcome! :) Hopefully, updating your game and reloading will resolve the issue. If your last save does not work after that, try the next one in line.
