Problem

I have restarted the original campaign 3 times with different characters and each time I get to the Lizardmen blockading Highcliff Khelgar either just disappears or the lizardmen return his equipment. No mention of him being killed off is made. Is this a bug in my game or did I miss something?

Ok, this is best discussed in this forum, so I moved it. As to your problem, sounds suspiciously like the missing companion bug. Are you sure your game is fully patched? :confused: Latest patch can be found here. ;) (http://www.thieves-guild.net/index.php?ind=downloads&op=section_view&idev=3)

And to clarify: He is with you when you zone into Highcliff and he disappears as soon as you arrive at the blockade? :confused:

Now THAT is indeed strange. I would have agreed with Epirote that it sounds like the missing companion bug to me as well, but the part above is something I have NOT heard before.

Exactly what happens? DO you find his gear on a dead lizardman or is their some dialog?
