i have gnobnar and kaehlgar in puppet mode off so they should run after me wherever whenever, but they just stand there until i get into a fight then come running along with a "what-the-hell-is-going-on-here-grin" on there faces. And if i get into a fight and they are there they just stand there, i have protect master on also, the paladin is the only one who is doing anything at all and thats is all the things the other dudes arent, im in the mountains now helping the ironfists btw. i searched the forums but didnt find anything on this. Thankfull for fast respond.

That is how they should behave in puppet mode, no? At least, that's what they do in my games anyway ... In puppet mode you have to pause the game and give them orders one by one ... ;)

I believe the OP said that puppet mode was OFF. :D

The AI can be a bit strange at times - before you start off in a new area, make sure you issue a global command to the party to "follow me", then when you get into combat you can switch to protect the leader mode. You may find it necessary to re-issue the follow me command on occassion.

It's annoying but it does work. :D

May be they both are Puppet Mode off in their behaviour tab, but Puppet Mode button is turned to on generally.

Happens a lot, when you try to rest, and hit the puppet mode button instead without noticing ...

yeah, I read to fast past the first sentence, happens, especially when I read to fast and diagonally instead of linearly. :D

Yep, happens especially in Act III and is very annoying. :D
