Based on comparing a pre-MotB and the MotB feat.2da files, here is a list of the feats added for MotB

Note: there are some feats in that list that obviously didn't make it into the game, such as the ones related to:
mounted combat
weapons such as lance, sap, whip, double bladed axe etc.
mystic theurge PrC
and several others ....
